Weekly Meal Planning is Back for 2016! I can’t guarantee I’ll post every week, but I’ll post every time I plan out what I’m going to cook for the week. I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and that your resolutions are written and complete with action plans.
This week I’m making my favorites that I didn’t get to make for the extended family gathering.
Here is my meal plan for this week:
- Sunday: Tomato Chevre Soup, Grilled Cheese, Brussels Sprouts
- Monday: Chop Chae
- Tuesday: French Onion Soup, Chevre Stuffed Mushrooms, Steak, Brussels Sprouts, Sweet Potato Fries
- Wednesday: Leftovers and Mashed Potatoes
- Thursday: Orange Roughy, Green Beans, Sweet Potatoes
- Friday: Rice, Spicy
